Mills Supply and Con-Quip Merger Announcement

​Mills Supply is pleased to announce that we have purchased the assets of Con-Quip and TriState Concrete Forms of Burlington, KY.

​Mills Supply opened its doors in April of 1991. Our brand and reputation were built by focusing on the needs of customers, and looking at the long run returns and long relationships. Those relationships have turned loyal customers into lifelong business partners. As a result of that success, our goal is to expand our reach and our partnerships into the Northern Kentucky & Southern Ohio market.

​Con-Quip compliments Mills’ brand well with their commitment to building loyalty through putting the customer first. They have been in business for over 35 years and their strongest asset is their knowledgeable and ambitious employees.
